The quality control is exercised by means of the accredited production-technological laboratory which is equipped with all modern devices to carry out any bread quality tests. The laboratory consists of:
elevator laboratory (to check the quality of the incoming, stored and finished grain);
flour-and-cereals laboratory (to check the quality of flour and cereals);
mixed fodder laboratory (to check the quality of mixed fodder);
toxicological laboratory (to determine the toxicity level in raw material and finished produce);
microbiological department (to carry out bacteriological tests) safety control laboratory;
radiation control laboratory.
In 2004 the company is accredited by the International Association of Goods Numeration EAN: registration number 481 1334 00. 14 kinds of produce have been registered.
